Noel has two decades of experience investing in private companies. He is passionate about finding great businesses and earning the trust of talented leaders to partner with and build something lasting together.

Prior to Hillspoint, Noel was with NMS Capital as a Managing Director and Investment Committee member. He was previously at other leading private equity firms, including BV Investment Partners and TA Associates. He started his career at UBS Investment Bank.

Noel received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Noel grew up in New Jersey and now lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
